greasing with butter or oil or applying flour, be followed. When using SCANPAN Bake Pro
for the first time, try the temperature settings in your oven to determine the right
settings. Typically, baking times should be just a touch less than when using metal
bakeware.
SCANPAN Bake Pro browns evenly and is suitable for temperatures of -40° F to + 450°
F. SCANPAN Bake Pro will not crack, peel or blister and cannot dent or corrode. It is
engineered without fillers and designed not to absorb flavors or odors. It is
stain-resistant and easy to clean and easy to store. Make sure that for multiple mold
patterns, like muffin pans, or if you bake multiple cakes of the same shape at that same
time, the batter is filled and spread evenly in all molds to ensure proper and uniform
baking times for all molds.
SCANPAN Bake Pro works in the oven as well as the freezer. It goes straight from the
freezer to the microwave, is thats what is desired. We recommend covering SCANPAN Bake Pro
and its mold contents if used in the freezer to prevent food odors from mixing with each
